RIP FatBoy

FatBoy died today at the vet at about 1130. I was with him when he died. I was just talking to DR L yesterday about the possibility of vaccinating him as I had found him a place at one of the shelters and vaccination was compulsory to admitting him there.

But this morning we had to bring him to the vet as he was very noisy, which was very strange behaviour. He said goodbye to me and then I brought him in to the vet when he died.

Good rest FatBoy! Hang out with your buddies and get fat in greener pastures.

I'm sorry to learn of FatBoy's passing. Just this morning, I was wondering how was he doing.

Thanks for making the last phase of his life a comfortable and well-loved one.

  4. I am very sorry about the passing of Fat Boy. He has held his last breathe to Thank you for giving him so much in his golden days.

Overall, he has been a very good boy. He is relatively easy to medicate. He takes his pills without much fuss usually (he HATES the phosphate binder), though once in a while he does throw a tantrum.

I just read your previous post on FatBoy. I can imagine him as a mild and lovely cat in his younger years. FatBoy is very much an older version of David, they've got the same eyes, the same coat, the same tail. My bestfriend calls him David No. 2. =)

FatBoy is very lucky to have you as his caregiver. Take care!
