An old pic of Minah Void DeckI read from Dawn's blog that the number of cats culled last year was 6000, down from 10 000. The 10 000 was a improvement from 13 000. I can't help but agree that the Tnrm is working. Although it is a pity that we still have cats culled in Singapore, it is also heartening that many are sterilised.
This reminds me that I still have to catch the very noisy new abandonee for neutering!
