Saturday Easy

We thought today we should just post pictures offur ourselves wif just a note to say the white cat Putih is doing well and san should be able to release her next week. These were taken this morning when we were out walking except for Akira who decided to surprise Bujang after he finished with his litter-box. 

This offur course is me outside my house. I had a short walk to look for my wheatgrass but san told me they were all gone. I suspect she threw them out but she said I would get some more next week. 

So I walked about a little to see what was new along my corridor. 

My bruffer Bujang went for an early walk. The morning sun was out already at about 8.45. He was at first nervous but got over it quite quickly. 

He walked to a new space and then got a little nervous and sat. But san told him it was okie to be a little nervous but there was nuffing to be frightened about. Finally he decided that it was better to explore than just to sit. 

There was a little rat in the drain and san told him to leave it alone!!

             Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

                                   BOO!

Bujang was quite surprised as she had never tried this before. My sisfur is full of surprises !

Saturday Easy

Actually in our house every day is an easy day for us. But san likes to show a post on Saturday that shows us at our easiest :)

This is me being easy, sitting with family and watching tv. This is our coffee table. I know some cats who are not allowed on coffee tables but in our house this is ok. But only I sit on the coffee table though. 

I plan to get some time to sit here. There is always a breeze. I. An take things easy as Tanaka would be in my room instead or sometimes san puts him in my night cage, which is just beside this cat seat, for a short time so we can sit together but separately. 

I always take things easy especially on a Saturday. Maybe I would go fur a walk although sometimes I do not want to eventhough san tried to get me to go out. Sometimes a mancat just likes taking it easy lounging in the house. 

        But we wish for effuryone a Big Saturday Easy.  

MOUSES!

 

Really? We got an award or did I get an award? No I have not seen a mouse ..ever.

What do the mouses look like? Are they scary? But I am furry brave and I know I would be able to catch them mouses!

We are furry pleased to get an award from our furry good friends from France The Poupounette. We are city cats and indoors as well and so we haf neffur seen a mouse. But we have mouses like these. san says they belong to her but we know they really belong to us.

The words say "Bad Wolf" as san is a Dr WHO fan.

This is also one offur my favourite games wif san. It is called Cat and Mouse!

There are, as always, certain requirements that come with the award:

That we pass the award to two more bloggers. Errr..we always have trouble wif this one as san is not a furry good blogger but we fink we should give it to the awesome cats from Animal Shelter Volunteer Life as those awesome kitties would sure be furry good mousers although san knows that they are purty busy up there looking for Furrever Homes for the PAWsome bunch, especially fur Patches and Snow White.

Ok san. You did well this time. Next time there must be TWO okay. I will look out fur anuffer one. In the meantime, let me go find us a REAL mouse!

Ok. We missed out some things. We need to tell you how to say 'mouse' in another languge. san told me she will depend on me to do this as Tanaka likes to play and sing but not do anything else. 

In Malay, the word 'mouse' is 'tikus' and in Arabic, it is 'faar'. I think now we have done all that we need to :)

Easy Saturday

The weekend is here and everything is well. There is nothing better than that, we think. We wish everyone a restful weekend. 

Saturday Easy

Yes. I agree san. We are going to take it easy. I _will_ behave and not jump on Megat my bruffer. 

It's raining out and Megat is taking it easy. We didn't manage to go to the vet yesterday as it rained very hard here so we will go this Sunday. He is eating but not as much as last week but he still sits with everyone in the kitchen at breakfast and dinner. He is still a little thin though. 

Last night though he managed to eat half of his dinner by himself which is a good thing and this morning his kibble dish is empty. So he does have his ups and downs, which is ok as long as he continues eating.

Saturday Quiet

As usual our Saturday is a quiet one with everyone just hanging out. 

Megat is enjoying the cool breeze that signals rain. He hid not eat breakfast this morning but was quite alert. He waited for breakfasts but did not feel like eating anything from 4 different cans. So he had   about 8 ml of renal wet food and 1 ml of Appelin to boost his appetite. He ate dinner last night enthusiastically (1/2) of what was in his plate. I notice he likes dinner more than breakfast. 

                        ... zzz.....

Ms Akira was out early and ate wheatgrass and of cos groomed. She was a little whiny but did not want to go for a walk. Now she is in her room taking a nap. 

Bujang was quite calm and napped the day away, even when our upstairs neighbors  had fierce row. He slept through it all. :)

Tanaka is now taking a well-deserved rest as he had his time inside the computer room this morning as Ms Akira wanted out. He is a good boy and tries hard.

Sleepy Saturday

With our doors firmly closed (such as it is) against smog, we keep hanging on ...we nap.

Megat slept the morning away here. The good thing is that even with asthma, he has not been coughing at all. I now give him his 0.1 salbutamol twice a day. I have been giving him that once a day for the past month as he seemed better. He has one more day for his marbocyl and I am bringing him to see Dr Ly on Monday for his review. 

Bujang has not been asking to go out these past few days. This is quite a miracle as the air is too hazardous for everyone.

I have to get a humidifier next week so all of us can feel better. 

Saturday hello

Hmmm I think today will be quiet. I predict some light rain and a lot of naps.

Saturday Sit-in

Yes I quite enjoyed having the run of the house on the afternoons and I am much more relaxed. As I get to sleep outside and can walk about whenever I want I also do not groom continuously which means my limbs get some rest. I know san is pleased as the sores on the skin on my leg is healing as well.

Is Tanaka stressed? San says a little but he is getting into the hang of things as he gets a reward every time he is put on the room and gets a walk when he gets out.

Saturday Sit-in

Saturday began a little late in our house as san  wanted to sleep-in. We told san that its ok we also felt that we should just hang -out and take it easy.

Akira on Saturday

This Saturday I thought I would just post pics of Ms Akira hanging out in my room and hers. Although she now uses the litter in her night cage, she likes me to carry her to my room so we can hang out for a bit before everyone gets breakfast. I need to carry her, if not she would just sit on my feet and 'talk' to me  about it :) The first one is what she would usually do - roll about in bed. The fuzz is still hardly discernible.

 She likes watching the goings- on out this window. Actually its the only window we have. It overlooks the street and also of course the neighbours in the opp flat. She frequently scrutinizes the birdies in the windows.

 Her room overlooks the corridor. We now have quite a few flowering plants and since the neighbour's grand-child likes looking at flowers, Ms Akira inadvertently has new visitors as well.
