Grandma likes to tell stories about taking care of Bujang when he was 4 weeks. I brought him home in a box having rescued him from drowning in a drain. He was one of 4 kittens. as grandma was (at that time) adamant that we should not have any animals in the house, I just brought one home so we would not be overwhelmed. The other 3 kittens were brought home by my good friend, who had experience with taking care of kittens and her house had a garden which would allow 3 kittens a lot of space. Grandma likes to tell stories about feeding him from a  tiny bottle, patting his back afterwards and hearing him burp. She also likes to tell stories about feeding him from a little spoon when he refused food. 

Bujang loves grandma and would sit with her listening to her chat. She is the only one he allows to touch his back. At 10 years old, he is still listening to her old stories about him :)

Its not often that the 2 boys can do this amicably and in front of me. Grandma had been trying to convince me that the boys sometimes do this in the afternoon and I guess now I have proof :)

Wednesday Quiet

I just discovered FotoFlexer and did this one for Bujang. Its for free and you can do almost anything with it. I got this frame from a blogger Gunhild & Svenning Hjemmeside. They have very FAT cats called Minus and Felix. So to fill in my time (not kill it) at work while I wait for more, I thought I would fiddle around with FotoFlexer :))

The amigos are getting used to not having grandma in the house and have remained relatively quiet. Toro likes sleeping on grandma's couch, against grandma's cushions :) Bujang is growling and yelling less and less although he does make the necessary trip to grandma's room everyday just in case she is there. I had explained to everyone that grandma is recuperating but I guess they needed to be told everyday.

Grandma misses Bujang most of all and asks after him everyday. He is BOSS after all and she knows he misses her even if he looks like a giant who can take care of himself :)

I wonder what the Dr L would say if he had seen Bujang today? XXX kg!!! What? Tomorrow Bujang would be seeing Dr S (who is Megat's vet). Dr S was also the vet who had neutered Bujang when he was 6 months old. I think she would not be pleased. I had to ask if Dr L was the attending vet tomorrow. Thank goodness he would not be. Dr L is rather afraid of Bujang. :)

Here Bujang is resting on grandma's bed. Grandma has gone to visit Sister N and so Bujang misses her some. Poor thing!

First I sit with grandma and put my foot on her lap...

Then I slowly put my head on her lap and wait for her to pet me...this means she would let me sleep where I want to...

Then I would just go to sleep for as long as I want...unless grandma needs to watch TV...but I don't mind as I know grandma loves me :))
