Sleep of the innocent

zzzz....

I had to put him on time-out twice as he insisted on harassing Ms Akira. She hurled herself on him and screamed blue murder which brough all the boys running. I had heard a loud crash before the scream and so I had concluded that he tried to jump on the cupboard top (again). When I went into the room I saw Ms akira snaring indignantly on grsndma's bed and then she jumped down and chased him under the bed. She screamed in his face. He tried to defend himself. I immediately got him and told him "No!" and put him in the cage in the computer room. After 20 minutes I let him out and of course he immediately tried to get into grandma's room as he saw Ms Akira. He had another time-out. This time for a longer period.

He stayed very quietly this time and after I had played with Bujang and Toro, he also got to play with DaBird. By this time Ms Akira was on top of the fridge. After the play session, all was quiet and I saw him sitting on top of the washing machine in the kitchen- right across from Ms Akira. of course she was at a higher level and so did not scream at him. I think there will be further time-outs in his future :)

Ms Akira's Sunday

Yup. I am hiding out from Tanaka and Toro and Megat.

The boys are not very nice cats!

I gave her two doses of Rescue Remedy for Fear in 2 days. I think it will take some time to kick in. She has been reclaiming her territory little by little eversince I gave her Richards Organics but we will see if this works better. She is much happier these days (or maybe I am much happer seeing more of her) as she is in the living room and in grandma's room instead of being by herself in the kitchen 24/7. I must say Tanaka is more afraid of her than of Bujang as her quick-as-lightning paw has as much bite as her banshee screams when she is in the mood of scaring him.

Solitude is golden

OK. No one disturbs me. I need privacy NOW....

Ms Akira decided that she would sit on top of the cupboard in grandma's room. No one sees her here and she can see very well from her vantage view. Ms Akira got fed up with Tanaka who is always pursuing her to play. He is not deterred by her snarls and spits at all and would try to run after her every chance he gets. I fear he is trying her patience. :)

Frightful Friday...for some

Ms Akira stayed well clear of Rocket Tanaka...

Rocket Tanaka was trying to convince us he wanted to become an electrician when he grew up...we told him it was too dangerous, especially if he planned to bite wires instead of insulating them :)

Ms Akira has yet to have anything to do with Rocket Tanaka. She yelled at him for daring to cross her path...much to his surprise and short distress. He walked off, made one round of the living room and promptly forgot his initial distress in his eagerness to play "Catch the tail on Toro." :)
