How many times does it take a person to realise that when you live in a high-rise you need to get those windows grilled! Someone just told me that she knows someone whose cat fell off her unit 4 times!! The cat died the 4th time! When will people realise that just because cats love walking on high places and narrow ledges, it doesn't mean they are invulnerable. The owner was quite unrepentent. How can this happen?

How many times does it take a person to realise that when you live in a high-rise you need to get those windows grilled! Someone just told me that she knows someone whose cat fell off her unit 4 times!! The cat died the 4th time! When will people realise that just because cats love walking on high places and narrow ledges, it doesn't mean they are invulnerable. The owner was quite unrepentent. How can this happen?
