On Monday, San came home in the late afternoon. We heard her at the door but stayed where we were, so she’d know we weren’t worried. She spoke to each of us and asked how we were, even though she could see we were home and safe. That’s her way of saying she was glad to be back, away from the outside noise
I always greet mine the same way, though I have to go looking for some. I always do, to make sure they are safe.

ReplyDeleteIt's good to get home after the work or school day. Yes, they forgot, again, to leave Monday off the calendar. Very inefficient of them, I'd say.
