Last night I went out with san. The corridor is always lighted up at night all days of the week so in Singapore it is never truly dark at any time at all everything is brighter, even my harness. I went walking along the whole length of the corridor and san smelled jasmine.
This jasmine plant is right I front of our house. We were very surprised to see the tiny jasmine blossoms.
Our rainbow brothers' urns are under the two plants. The grey kitty marks Toro's urn and the fat white kitty marks Megat's.
In the morning, our corridor does not look so painfully bright. This morning eventhough the sun is out, our corridor garden protects us a little from the painful glare.
We are also very grateful that the jasmine is out as our rainbow brother Totoro had asked for fragrant water to be poured over his marker. Now he has all the fragrance of jasmine for himself.
Our jasmine blossoms in May...the scent is wonderful! We're glad Totoro has some blooms to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely that your rainbow brothers' jasmine is flowering again!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely SEIturday!

Sei-Chan (and the others too!)
Oh how sweet was this remembrance and blog. Totoro my dear Rainbow furriend, I am happy you have the jasmine to scent you and make you glad.
ReplyDeleteI think that most of your days are easy days which is right and proper for all cats.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if your plants make the air on your corridor feel fresher?
Jasmine is a beautiful way of remembering Totoro.
