Monday Memories of Sunday

                         

Yesterday san brought us out for our walk in the afternoon. We have not been out any time last week as it was the first week in san's schedule that she went back to work and she was tired. We were very tolerant of this oversight but we were glad we began walking again. 

This was upstairs. I like walking up here as there was much stuff to look at like shoes and rows upon rows of clothes on the line. This was a very artistically pruned plant. 

San cleared the corridor and removed some stuff from here. This was because she noticed the both of us being furry interested in this space. Now it's just nuffing! I don't know why she has to spoil our fun like this. 

                         

I went downstairs and looked at some bicycles. They were not in the best shape  though. I wonder why humans have so much junk outside. 

                               And I went upstairs. It was furry good exercise. 

Then afterwards, Bujang and I rested wif san on the bed and all of us had a good Sunday nap. 

Easy Peasy Sunday

                       

san thought that this was a good picture to start with. I was just hanging out at the window this morning and she took out her clicky box aka camera phone. She said you can just see my tag that says 'Peace' and my strawberry bell. I didn't have a peaceful start this morning though as my sisfur Akira was not pleased that I was so curious. From inside the room, she launched at me like a horrid banshee and screamed in my face. Ok, I did stare at her some but there was no reason to act like that! San did not scold her and told her she was a'good girl' to stand her ground so. I don't think san should encourage her like that! I would like a new model for a mom!!

                              

                                       I am no pushover and it's time he knows that!

   

I don't know why Tanaka just doesn't realize we are family and we should respect each other's space. I told him to leave her alone many times already but he does not seem to remember nor hear the advice. Ok, so he is only six years old but when I was six years old I had to look after Akira and my bridge brother Totoro. Maybe he forgets easily san.

Saturday Easy

We had a very quiet time on Saturday. I didn't get to go out in the morning as san had to go to the dentist _I_ didn't have to go to the dentist so I had a nice long nap. san said when I wake up she would take me for a walk outside. We'll see!!

Thursday Thots

                   

There are many fings that I think about. Offur course today I waited for Akira to come to the living room to play. We were having leash training and I was in the pink cat tent. She didn't see me as she was too busy trying to come close to san but she stopped short when she saw the leash!!! THAT was a tragedy. If not for the leash and san seated next to me and telling me to lick and yawn to calm myself, I would have got her. Sheesh!!

                         

San comes home late from work every day this week. But today I got to sit close to her on the couch. I was pretty glad as I have a nice home and a person who loves me. If only Tanaka would behave himself!

                               

                                     Tsk!!! These kids are just trying my patience!!

Amigos Monday

                                     

With a gentle touch of her paw, Ms Akira told me NOT to mess with her blankie. So my hand stayed here for about 10 minutes before she decided I had learnt my lesson. 

                                     

                              I told you she is a naughty girl san. NOW do you believe me?

                                    

                                     san: You  are not an angel either Rocket Tanaka!

                                   

            Tanaka: OKOK.... You may be right but right now, a little more to the left please....

Easy Peasy Sunday

                                

I asked san if we could go for a morning walk but she said she had to go to the hairdresser. I really don't know why she just can't groom her hair like we do. It would save her a lot of time and energy and then she can go for walks!

                   

This morning I was feeling a little more energetic and decided to pose for san when she showed me the clicky box.

    

And another one for good measure. Yes my fur is growing slowly as I am still grooming quite a lot. But san is giving me the Bach Remedy to help me keep calm ( as she could not find any 'calming herbs' as I had requested with Laura). I do not know if it will work but I get some on my ears morning and night. 

   

san has changed my bell yesterday to something not so shrill. Can you see that it's a little strawberry? It now has a deeper sound which works well for the both of us. 

                              

                                We hope everyone is having an easy Sunday as well. 

Saturday Easy

                        

This is the first Saturday of 2014. We welcome the break after the noise and clang of last week. san is also thankful that she has the whole of today to be quiet and meet some friends for lunch and a chat. 

One piece of good news concerns the comcats that san looks after. Little Sunny is already sterilized and he is looking very good indeed. His coat is glossy black and he still remains as sunny as his name. 

    

Here Sunny was trying to stalk Jeffrey Boy who ignores him but very much like me, Tanaka, he tries furry hard to persuade the big kitty to play. GO Sunny!

San says we should end our Saturday Easy post with a picture of mine. San took this a minute ago. It's blurry as she needed to be quick before I decide to look away. She thought ( and I do as well) a picture of my magnificent whiskers will be a good one to end this post. 

TGIF

finally...

We are very glad the weekend is here and san does not have to be at work during the weekend. We were used to her being home these past weeks but now she has to go out to get us some food money, and of course treats money as well. We can all finally get a break.

Thursday Thots

San jus came home from work and she told us- let's just post one pic for the blog today ok?

So here I am today resting on my sisfur's night cage. San said tomorrow I would get to go out as she brought out my bruffer Bujang this evening. Here is just one pic of Bujang. 

  

He went upstairs to visit the neighbours. 

  

San took this pikshur of me yesterday. I think san will turn in early tonight which means all if us will as well.

On the first day of 2014

This morning san got furry busy with the clicky box. She said since its the first day of 2014, we should have new pictures although the things we do might be the same. So I put my best face on and showed san my marvellous whiskers. San told me to look at the clicky box and I was furry brave and did it.

                         

We were quite surprised that it was very quiet outside but we love the quiet since our house is a quiet one. But we all love visitors as long as the visitors don't chase us or hold us prisoner. Last night we heard the words HAPPY NEW YEAR from our windows and people were shouting at midnight. My buffer Bujang meowed loudly. I fink he was wishing them back. Then he moved about but san sang him his songs and he calmed down somewhat and we all had a good rest. 

                   

I went for my morning walk and I saw many boxes. I fink people are cleaning up their houses for the new year. This was a box for a big stove. I wonder what good fings the neighbour will be cooking tonight. 

                        

My bruffer Bujang also went for a walk upstairs and downstairs. It was quiet all over and he was able to walk confidently in front of all the neighbors' houses. He sniffed at shoes and plants and welcome mats but san said she didn't take any pictures of all those things as clutter is not good for the soul. I don't know she means as all those things are good to sniff at!

                          

But Bujang is a good gardener and san said he stayed the longest where there were plants. But I fink its because he thinks there would be bugs ( but I didn't say so to san as she doesn't like them and hardly ever allows us to play with any)

                               

BUT my buffer Bujang found some courage (yes he is showing off early as san had wanted him to have courage to try new fings in her resolution list for him) and sat here. The bottom stool was originally for him to sleep on in grandma's room but he did not try it at all. The whole of last year he ignored it but when he came home from his walk this morning, he saw it and immediately jumped up. I fink its because he thought he was only sitting inside the pink tent and he didn't realize the sofa was under it! He is furry funny that way. 

                              

I told him he was furry brave to do as he did. We had a little chat and he sat in here for 10 minutes napping. I fink Bujang is trying his best. Maybe I should as well. We'll see. 

                                

Bujang: It was okay. I don't know if I will do it again though.  But I thought it looked quite safe and it was. 

  

I didn't walk this morning. I just asked san to let me out early so I can enjoy the day. I think good things will happen for us and I hope it will happen with Tanaka and myself soon.
