Goodnight Sunday

zzzzz...

Megat will be going for his review this Thursday. Here he looks very restful as though all is well with the world. I hope all will be well with his world this Thursday or at least it would not be any worse.

Sunday Dance

Ms Akira had a private dance floor as befitting the lady of the house. She didn't have to share her sunday nip at all so she had quite a good time :)

The boys were another story. But they didn't seem to mind...

Megat had a whole bastant to himself...

Bujang had to be content with a very small dance floor...

because Totoro had the other basket. But the matatabi was worth it...

Family

Ms Akira has been pretty friendly these 2 weeks. She has asked to be outside and actually had spent 2 to three evenings sitting in the living room. She has not stopped growling of course and would still scream blue murder when the boys look in her direction. But she has asked to be out of grandma's room more often than not...which is very encouraging :)

Rainy Sunday

The boys slept throughout the rain this Sunday. So Ms Akira actually could have played to her heart's content but she went to sleep on the fridge. We had an uneventful Sunday - the kind we liked best. Cousin R dropped by to give us some noodles...yummy. It was very nice of her to drop by in the rain :)

Actually just Bujang...he went into the bag and played hide and seek...

Sunday Thoughts

gangsta kitty...

Sister S came yesterday and saw Tanaka in action. He chased Ms Akira, annoyed Bujang, tried to muscle in into Toro's spot and generally behaved badly. "Gunda!" she said. That translates to gangsta cat. I must admit he will be the centre of almost every disturbance in our house. He is not malicious or anything. He is very high-spirited and still very young compared to the rest. Bujang will be 5 this year and both Ms Akira and Toro are 4. Megat is 13 give or take a number. Tanaka, our Rocket, is only 15 months! I sometimes think he does all this just to rile everyone up - to PLAY and not sleep zzzz.

Sister S and grandma told me that Toro was very scared of the thunder that roared and growled and ranted yesterday. When he heard them, he ran round and round the living room. It didn't help that there were guests in the house and so he was a little disoriented. The other kitties were all hiding out some place else. he finally found a safe place behind the couch and stayed there until the commotion passed. Poor Kitty!
