What the wet food looks like. It smells quite appetising and feels firm to the touch. There is also some water in the pouch and Megat loves the water/gravy...
Megat eats about 1/2 of the contents quite happily. He does not miss the FussieCat salmon and chicken...
I bought the whole box at a*** last Tuesday but did not give any to Megat or Fatboy then. R, the assistant at a*** T said that one of the clients had a cat that would only eat the wet food and had now refused to eat anything dry. I was a little concerned as I wanted Megat and FatBoy to eat a combination of both as they both had problems with their teeth. Of course Megat's bad teeth is no more as the vet had removed all his bad teeth the first time I left him at the vet for neutering.
Then I decided that it was the best thing to do as Megat has asthma and I am still trying to eliminate possible sources of irritants for him. I have already removed the rugs and now I am changing his diet. I am in the process of figuring out the litter problem. I would probably explore recycled newspaper as the pellets seem easier for the pads for the kitties. I saw the crystals but they seem sharp. I know the amigos do not like anything that feels too strange on their feet. I would probably buy the pellets tomorrow after work and mix some of it with their regular litter and see how it goes.
Anyway we gave FatBoy the other half of the wet food and he just licked the gravy and ate one or two pieces. Then he refused another morsel, went to get a drink of water and waited patiently for his regular food! So we had to give him his FussieCat as I would rather he eats something of what he likes than nothing of what is good for him :) Of course we will try to persuade him to eat more of the wet food alternative.

Probably it is best that you try one of the pouches from us before you buy for XX ...just in case.

In our h/hold, recycled pellets are great (go green too) except they do not absorb the smell well. Maybe we got big pee-ers.
