Now that I have settled the dog license affair with the AVA and sorted out the mess, Bujang got to go out again in the late afternoon. He explored a new patch of grass, someplace where less sun shone and true enough, the grass much much greener than his usual grass patch. He managed to 'forage' for some blades of grass and was happy until a very young boy ran screaming across the grass, louder than a fire-engine. Bujang bolted straightaway for his carrier and so we went home but not before this ->
3 razor blades I found on the grass patch and two more out of the picture...
Why would people throw razo blades onto grass patches? I'm sure they know that children sometimes race across the grass, cats (Minah) sometimes roll on it and people walk their pets on the grass patch! But this afternoon I saw 5 razor blades all lined up in a row. I had picked up razor blades before but this quite shocked me. Bujang, oblivious as usual, to all manner of danger, actually walked right beside one of the blades. I was thinking that the blades could actually cut the paws of the kitties and even cut off pigeon toes.
I really do not know what goes on the minds of some people!

We're very glad that Bujang can go out on his walks again!
ReplyDeleteRazor blades.. they sound like the idea of fun of some warped teenage brain....
The blades ight be left there intentionally by some folks with either no brains or with evil intentions. Would suggest you inform the Town Council to check it out and also request the cleaners be more alert when sweeping the place before any bad accidents happen.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the consequences if one fine day the grass cutters come to trim the grass with their powerful cutters and the swinging motion flicks the blades in random directions? Someone may get slashed horribly.
Hope you picked those blades up and threw them away. The idiot who placed them there should be given two tight slaps.
