A garden in a city

At a housing estate near us, the residents have taken up community gardening of sorts. I assume they would have to invest their own money to have small plots from the Town Council. Here they can plant vegetables or just ornamental plants to sell. The interesting part is there is a ginger cat that goes into all their plots to rest. He seems to be a part of the gardening group.
A plot that has vegetables and runners.

Ornamental plants in one of the lots.

This is an old estate and apart from this initiative there is still much to be done with regards to public spaces and community issues as well as commcat issues with responsible feeding and sterilization

  1. Those plots are beautiful, and how nice that they also have resident kitties!

  2. Mr. Ginger Cat is quite the garden supervisor. How lovely that people have created these gardens.

  3. What wonderful gardens! And how lucky are the owners to have them. The plants are very good for the air quality too. The kitties look well kept and well fed. All cities should learn from such an excellent idea.
