Easy Peasy Sunday

Our favourite pictures for this week on InstaMag

It was a great relief this week that Bujang and Tanaka were able to be outside, even for a little while. Tanaka may not mind being inside much as he prefers cat toys and lazing about but Bujang does get a little antsy if he is inside all the time for long stretches. I had trained him to walk with his harness when he was 6 months old and now he is 10 so he has gone outside to walk for a long time. The weather man said that we  would have some respite from the heat in 2 weeks so we are looking forward to that.

Yesterday I went for lunch at Serangoon road with a friend and saw that life was still as busy as it should be even with the haze and took some pictures! like a tourist;)
This is near Tekka, the market and the colorful building houses an Arts centre with handicraft and a drama company.

This  flower seller made brisk business and my friend bought some flowers for prayers as well.
A lot of people were buying vegetables and fruits from here. The vegetables look plump and delicious. They sellers did not seem concerned about the haze and went about their business as usual. We had some lunch in one of the restaurants and noticed that not many people were out eating where we were. The talk was business was not so good now because of the Christmas riots at Race Course Road but they were hoping for things to get better, although it would be slow
In other home news, Bujang is napping after breakfast to kick off our Easy Peasy Sunday installment.
