It’s too hot.

These days the weather is too hot. We’re thankful san got us a new gate that she opens the door during  the day. We all feel better when the door is open.

Gangsta Cats Unite

              Gangsta cats casing the neighbourhood. 

They usually only play chase together and create chaos in the house.  But they hardly ever play with Sky. She used to look at  them play from behind tables forlornly. But now she is used to the chaos. Sky plays with Manju often although almost  never with Momo as Momo would hide. 

Finally!

What our gate looked like from outside this morning. San hung our mobiles here as well. Manju enjoys looking at  them flying in the breeze. 

The new grilles was installed on Saturday.  We now get to sit by the open door. I didn’t realise how much I missed it. It was very hot yesterday and san opened the door for us. The gaps are narrower, about 1.5 cm and san said none of us can get through them. Hrumphh!!
 

Spa Day

I went to my first spa day on Saturday with my two sisters. San asked the groomers to use a de-shedding shampoo and brush my coat. I was a little scared  but they were very nice to me. I quite enjoyed it and didn’t bite anyone. I got treats when I got home as well. 
 

Sisters on Tuesday

This Tuesday san bought Manju a new toy ball. When he rolls it about, it makes the sound of crickets. We’re here so he won’t hit us.

Who am I?

I like playing with san’s newly washed blanket. It’s like being wrapped in paper. San doesn’t like this blanket much but she uses it because I like it.

 It is good to be able to sleep during the weekends. San said I get to sleep all day everyday. But I told san that a weekend nap is a special thing.

I promise san

I promised san I would not try to jump out into the corridor. I have not been near the door grilled ever since she scolded me. But san said cats are notoriously forgetful and once we learn something it is difficult to unlearn it. So we will be getting a new set soon. So for now the door is always closed and none of us can look out of the  door until the new set of grilles are fixed. Sorry san and sky and Manju.
