Easy Peasy Sunday

This week is one of changes for me. I am glad I still get to sit here whenever I want.
This is my new sleeping quarters. This is the study or Akira's room. San told me that since I am calm and can learn new routines quickly, I should sleep closer to everyone else and not be too far away in the kitchen. There may be other changes as well as San thinks I might like to have my cage back in the living room as well but I am glad she will leave that for later. So now at night, I walk into this room by myself to sleep. I get a snack and then sleep on san's computer chair. The next morning I walk to the kitchen for breakfast like the beans. But I told Fern to tell San and the kitties this message from me.

Poppy: she said she's fine with yr arrangement and said the kitchen's still hers at night too. :))

The rest of my family is much the same. San finally went for a walk with my brothers. They were pleased. Bujang nearly bit the acupuncturist yesterday. So San had to remove one or two needles at home. Tanaka is learning to be more disciplined and to leave Ms Akira alone outside for longer periods of time. But this is always under san's supervision. But at least Akira gets to be outside for longer with him outside as well.

We will be able to post some news about Jeffrey later this week. The house visit went well. The house has grills at all the windows and the potential adopters don't open their windows at all as the area is pretty busy. They have air conditioning. So it looks promising. Now all that is needed is some quiet time for Jeffery and his potential people and that will happen at the end of the week. San is praying that they do not change their minds before meeting him and giving him a chance.
He is not going to the adoption event at Cat Wu this morning as it's far away at Yio Chu Kang and San does not want him tired out again. San was looking at his before and after pictures and was shocked at the change in a span of just 1.5 months of going to and from from adoption events so she thinks it's best he stays at the boarding house this week.

  1. We will start with Jeffrey and say that all of us are crossing all our paws and hooves tight that the adoption will work out for him.

Popps, we are glad you are adapting well to changes. Boys, it's good you got to go for a walk. And Akira, we're glad you can be outside more often without Tanaka-Chan bothering you!
