Bujang's Update

Having heard Bujang, I decided that we should just go out walking anyway even with the haze and the fact that he has been coughing a little. He was very quick to respond when I called him to the door and showed him his red harness. We walked along our corridor and he investigated everything he saw. He did not want to be out long, at most half an hour for the two days that he has been out in the late afternoon. I walked him on Tuesday and yesterday, he was all ready to walk as soon as I got home from work. I told him to allow me some time to have a cup of tea and to his credit, he sat near me to wait but he was quite relaxed.
Bujang likes the plants that our neighbours grow here. Perhaps also because the big pots hide many interesting smells and insects.
He was all ready to cycle and took his time choosing his favourite bicycle.
He investigated the corridor landing but did not go downstairs to the next level. I think the smell of the haze had persuaded him a  little to go home quickly.
At night, we both played the cat game and of course Bujang likes sleeping on the swimming fish and the little red dot that goes whizzing past. We played the 'red dot' game together yesterday.

After dinner, we would play his favourite indoor game of hide-and-seek. He plays this game with Cousin R as well. Since he is the only one who knows how to play this game, he would always get undivided 1 to 1 attention here.

Added to the fact that I will put the Bully Remedy on him as well as spray the Stress Stopper in the bedroom every night this week, he has been much more tolerant of Akira and Tanaka and has been behaving well. It is good to see him a little more relaxed at home.

  1. How nice that you and Bujang got so much quality time together. It sounds as though it really helped him be more at ease.
