Yikes!

What is that grandma? What are you doing? What?

I found a big green caterpillar on grandma's kari plant and had contemplated not telling grandma so the caterpillar can become a butterfly but I was afraid she would get a shock when she waters her plants tomorrow.

Grandma immediately got scissors and went to see her precious plant. She said "Oh my god! It's big!" But she quickly snipped off the part with the caterpillar and bundled it in a plastic bag and put him in the trash.

Oh-oh. Sorry little caterpillar. Posted by Picasa

Bujang, do gently ask G'ma to put caterpillar on plants far from house so it has a chance to be a butterfly. 2 kittens were tossed out by our neighbours in knotted plastic bag, they're with us. Many small creatures share such fate. My g'ma would do the same to caterpillars too. Amber Cat.
