Just Hanging

Yesterday afternoon mama came home early and we decided to just hang out together. She read her novel (she has 2 more to read from her self-imposed quota of 9 for last month). But I got very sleepy looking at her read and I took a nap with my eyes open and my head high. This was so she would think I was with her throughout as I like sitting with her in the bed. 
 

Our last post of 2022

We hope for a more quiet life next year with blessings for all. This has not been a good year for us but we thank everyone who had visited us this year and gave us a lot of comfort. May all of you have a very good year ahead.

 Just sitting with san in the hot afternoon.

 Sometimes I have to remind san that I need some attention. But I promised her I would not sit on her lap for many hours- just a few hours. 

Grow Lights are also for cats

 San uses this grow light in the morning for her plants but tonight she used it to read her book. It was warm and so I was very glad to be able to share the warmth as well.

December Days

 December days are always gloomy and it rains all the time. This morning we woke up at 7 but it was dark. After breakfast san switched on the grow lights for her plants. I decided to sit here with duckie to share the warmth from the lights. San said the grow lights will allow the plants to grow better without much sun. I wonder if I will grow bigger faster as well. Hmmm…

Birdie Wednesday

 

I was sitting with san for a bit…a bit this morning but she was too boring. I heard a birdie outside and tried to ask it to play.

Where is duckie san?

She had to go to the groomers today as her fur was too long and she had a few matts that I had to cut. It’s too hot here to have such long fur even in December. I sent her yellow duckie with her so she won’t feel stressed but the groomer forgot to put it back. She loves the duckie and plays with it all day. Thank goodness the groomer will bring it back tomorrow. 

Sunday Quiet

San opened the windows to let in some cool air into the house. It drizzled this morning. The quiet house and the drizzle made me sleepy. I already played with tiger and duck and needed a good nap.
