Easy Peasy Sunday Thanks

We begin our Sunday Thanks with Bujang. He is doing very well and had gone for SubQ at the vet on a weekly basis. I think the vet does it much faster and so he is less stressed. Of cos it would be better if we do it at home but it always takes a longer time and he gets easily upset. So for now he is on the Friday SubQ timetable at the vet's.

They are also doing well and had a quiet week for which I am grateful. Popp's face is still a little red but she is not itchy. I have taken her off raw chicken altogether and we may be able to keep her from needing her steroid shots for a little while longer although she may need it next week. The recommended protocol for the shots is 4 times a year only.
He told Fern that he does not think I should spend so much time in school. He has not seen much of me for two weeks as I had exams the last 2 weeks but I am trying to reinstate some alone time with him.
Rez is back with us this week as he had to have his booster vax at the vet. He has grown a little calmer and has learnt not to shout at night. I may send him back to Joanna's for the month of August so he could learn to play with strange cats and also learn to be more disciplined. I am still trying to get him adopted so a well-behaved kitty will be a bonus.

All in all our week has been uneventful, which is the way we like it and we give thanks for that.

  2. Sunday is a good day to just hang out and enjoy each other's company. We are pleased that everyone is enjoying good health. And thanks for the update on dear Rezki. What a sweetie he seems to be. My Holly is resting today as well.

  3. Dear Rezki! Your home! How happy we are to see you! We've missed you a lot. Looking forward to seeing your sweet face.
Bujang, you are such a good boy. What do they do at the vets that makes your fluids go faster?
Our friends have taken their dogs, who have had continued problems with raw, itchy skin, off all wheat products. The results have been nothing short of a miracle. (You probably have tried this already tho'. ) They had to try several types of food because, even though some of the brands said wheat free, there must have been traces of wheat in them from other foods processed in the same factory.
